While Rally helps connect sports partners, we are not responsible for:

• The conduct of users during meetups
• Any injuries or accidents during activities
• The accuracy of user information
• The quality or safety of venues or facilities

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rally and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
